We strongly believe that AI should inspire, assist and guide our customers so that they may create more relevant, focused and quality content. With that being said, we also believe that AI should not be used in a way that negatively affects the copy, content and marketing industries whereby AI is used to create content in such a manner that human input is reduced and/or negated.

General Overview

At Tesleum ONE, we reserve the right to take action and/or ban individuals from using our service should we feel they are using the service in such a manner as to:

• Use bots or code to automatically generate content on any of our services or platforms
• create excessive long-form copy (i.e. creating excessive articles and or longer-form content)
• create excessive short-form copy in order to form long-form copy
• create content that is abusive, harmful or demeaning
• create content used to generate mis- and disinformation at scale
• creates or attempts to create content in any of the topics listed below

Disallowed Usage and Use Cases

Upon our discretion, any user violating any of the below-mentioned items will be banned and their account deleted, should our automated system detect multiple violations.

Medical content

We will not allow any medical content to be created on our system. Allowing the AI to create medical content can only be considered a recipe for disaster. The AI is not trained to diagnose medical issues or provide any medical advice, whether it be simple or complex advice. Do not use the AI to create content for any medical topics, whether it be emotional support, psychology, psychiatry, dental, surgery, therapy, cancer, medicine, supplements, weight loss, counselling, or any other medical topic.

Legal Content

Content that provides legal advice will not be allowed.

Financial Advice Content

No financial advice content will be allowed. Any financial advice related to crypto, stocks, banks, savings, or anything else that can be considered financial advice is not allowed.

Fake news

We will not tolerate fake news under any circumstance. Anyone suspected of creating fake news on our system will be banned immediately.

Porn and NSFW content

Pornographic content will not be allowed. Any person generating this type of content will be warned and then banned if continued. Furthermore, any content related to gore, profane language or explicit content will not be allowed.

Drugs and alcohol

Any topics related to drugs and alcohol or drug use will not be allowed. This includes anything related to any form of alcohol, marijuana or any other drug or alcoholic drink, whether it is legal in your country or not.

Political content

No political content will be allowed.

Children

Any content that is deemed to portray children in sexual, aggressive, harmful, or any negative way will not be tolerated at all.

Violence and abuse

Any content that is linked to hate speech, threats, bullying, self-harm or anything similar will not be allowed on our platform.

Regulated goods and services

Any content related to regulated goods and services will not be allowed.

Romantic advice

Romantic advice content (marriage, dating, sexual, etc) will not be allowed on our platform.

Protected characteristics

Any content related to protected characteristics will not be allowed. This includes, but is not limited to disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex.

Exploitative industries

Content related to payday lending, multi-level marketing, gambling or pseudo-pharmaceuticals will not be allowed.

Degrading the information ecosystem

Any form of content around disinformation, spam, content-farming, impersonation/misrepresentation, misleading content, fraud or phishing will not be tolerated.

Other illegal content

Any other content that is deemed to be related to illegal practices, events, items, or anything that is considered illegal in any and all the states of the United States of America and the Republic of South Africa will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, terrorist activities, sexual exploitation, fraud, etc.

Violation handling

Any user found in violation of the above will be contacted via email with a warning. Should the user continue to produce similar content, the user will be banned from the system indefinitely should our automated system detect multiple violations.

If the nature of the content is of a more serious nature, the user will be contacted and banned immediately.

Automated Monitoring

It is important to note that all input and output received from a user is stored and analysed. We use this data to ensure the ethical use of our software. Our system will automatically detect whether a prompt is against our content policy and issue an email warning to the user.

Appeals

Should you feel that you were unfairly warned or banned, or if you feel that you have a legitimate reason to create content that may be against our content policy, please get in touch with us.

Seeking approval for censored content

It is possible to be whitelisted for certain types of content, depending on whether or not you are an expert in that field.
